I didn’t eat anything until about 2 pm. This is very unusual, even for me. I know some people would say this is horrible, to not eat anything until so late in the day, but I was busy with other things & truly not hungry.
Also, part of purpose of this cleanse is to finer attune myself to my body’s hunger cues. Feeding it only when I’m hungry as well as not eating just because it happens to be meal time. Read the full post
