Today’s video is a 12 minute cardio workout. {Coming up later this week is a yoga for strength workout.}
Remember old school hi-lo aerobics from the 80’s? Well, it CAN be a great workout (sans the leg warmers, although you can wear them if you want 🙂 ) & a lot of fun.
And I don’t want to even hear: “But I’m not coordinated!” No one is watching you anyway, so, get moving!
In this video, I teach you 2 combinations (ie. combos) & throw in a high intensity interval. You’ll get your heart rate up, burn mega calories (especially if you make your movements big & strong!), & by the end, you’ll have a healthy “glow.” Mix & match this video with any of my others. May I suggest: All About Arms (8 min) &/or Rock Your Core (10 min).
Note: I don’t do a full warm-up in this video, so if you have time, do my 5 minute warm-up before you begin this video.
