Privacy Policy

This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter -Policy) represents the rules of use of personal information of the User by JoYBinG website (hereinafter – the Site).

Use of the Site Services means unconditional consent of the User with this Policy and the terms of processing of his personal information specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms the User should refrain from using the Services.

General Provisions

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) posted on the Internet on the JoYBinG website, as well as other agreements concluded with the User, when it is expressly provided for by their terms.

By entering into the Agreement, you freely, of your own free will and in your own interests, you give perpetual consent to any methods of processing and storage of your personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data for the purposes established by this Policy. The User is notified by the User Agreement and hereby of the right to revoke the authorization to use personal information.

Personal information

Personal information in this Policy means:

  • Information that the User provides about himself/herself during registration or authorization, as well as in the process of further use of the Services, including the User’s personal data.
  • Data that is transmitted automatically depending on the User’s software settings, including but not limited to: IP address, cookies, location, information about the User’s browser (or other program with which the Services are accessed), date and time of access to the Services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information.
  • The Site is not responsible for the order of use of the User’s Personal Information by third parties with whom the User interacts within the framework of the Site and its Services.
  • The Site has the right to establish requirements to the composition of the User’s Personal Information, which must necessarily be provided for the use of its Services. If certain information is not marked by the Site as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is carried out by the User at its own discretion.
  • The Site does not verify the accuracy of the Personal Information provided, believing that the User acts in good faith, prudently and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date.
  • When registering on the Website as a Specialist, the user undertakes to provide true and complete information about himself/herself on the issues offered in the registration form and Personal Area, and to keep this information up to date.
  • When registering on the Website as a Client, the user is entitled to use a fictitious name or pseudonym, provided that this is not done for the purpose of impersonating another person, but only to maintain confidentiality when applying for help or communicating on the Website.

Purposes of processing Personal Information

  • The Site processes, including the collection and storage of only that Personal Information, which is necessary for the conclusion and execution of contracts with the User.

The Site has the right to use Personal Information, in particular, for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion of contracts for the use of the Site and its Services;
  • Fulfillment of obligations under the concluded contracts, including providing the User with access to the Site;
  • Identification of a party within the framework of the Services, agreements and contracts with the Site;
  • Provision of personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts;
  • Communication with the User, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
  • Improving the quality of the Services, their usability, development of new Services;

Requirements for protection of Personal Information

The Site stores Personal Information and ensures its protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

With regard to the User’s Personal Information, its confidentiality is preserved, except for cases when an open exchange of information with other Users of the Site or with any users of the Internet is provided.

Modification and deletion of Personal Information and content.

  • The User has the right to independently edit the Personal Information provided by him/her during registration or authorization in his/her Personal Cabinet.
  • In case of termination of the concluded contract, the User has the right to delete their own account from the site.

Modification of the Privacy Policy.

This Policy may be changed or terminated unilaterally by the Site without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
