{MM} smiles in the morning + fave links (& my ebook is out!)

Images from this morning.

I found Salem on my unmade bed, headphones on, reading a book.

I then discovered how to make Tyndale smile–lots of cooing. (I know, totally cliche, right?) And, he has dimples!

My heart melted.

So naturally, I proceeded to make every sort of silly cooing sound I could think of, for the next half hour. And took nothing short of several hundred photos.

Forgive me for posting so many pictures of this little man.

I cannot help myself.

Resembles the great Winnie the Pooh, just a little, don’t you think?

♥ You guys, I worked hard on this, and put everything into it. I’m proud of it, and I really hope it will be helpful to you. You can get a glimpse of it here and see what’s in it, or buy it here.

{MM} “playing house,” a sneak peak at the ebooks + my fave links

When you have a newborn, sometimes you feel like you’re a kid again, “playing house.”

Except instead of a doll, you a have a real live baby, & instead of your little brother as the “dad” you have a husband.  It’s so much better.

My parents came to visit us last week.

For anyone who is unsure about having more children (how can you love them ALL??), I’d like to say–the...

A few things I want to make clear first.

I don’t think diet has to be a dirty word. Fad diets, or unsustainable diets perhaps give the word diet a bad rap, but I don’t know a better word for deliberately reducing caloric intake in order to achieve weight loss.

Losing weight isn’t a negative thing either. Some people need/should lose weight for their health. And sure, the weight loss needs to be a part of a greater, overall lifestyle change (eating fewer calories, more nutrient dense foods, moving more, just overall self-care), but if...
