This is a continuation of the Pilates series.
This time, it’s all about legs.
I love this series because I feel graceful & long, like a ballerina (which I’m so not a ballerina, in more ways than one).
These exercises target primarily the outer & inner thighs & glutes.
I recommend watching the Pilates Intro/Warm-up & combining the leg series with the 10 minute Pilates stomach series video, if you’ve got time.
