Fitworkout Video: Booty Sculpt & Tone

Raise your hand if the thought of wearing a swimsuit without a pair of shorts makes you uneasy.

The tush, thighs, and hips can be a bit of a problem area for a lot of women (myself included).

However, there is good news!

No need to avoid pool parties and outings to lake or beach this summer, here’s a little workout that if done consistently (about 3 times per week), will help to firm your low body & help you have more confidence sporting a swimsuit.

Remember to always warm-up before you exercise & modify by using lighter weights as needed.

For an added challenge (once you’ve done a week or two of this), do the video twice in a row, with a minute of rest in between.

With the right exercises, proper diet (go here if you want to lose those last 10 lbs.) you don’t have to fear the swimsuit!
