Currently, I offer four ebooks, a meal plan, and a tote. You can buy these products individually, or for extra savings, buy them in one of the many bundles I offer.

When will I get my order? 
As soon as your payment processes, you will be sent an email order confirmation with the links for immediate download.

What format are the ebooks?
All of my ebooks are in PDF format.

How do I download my ebook?
The link to download your ebook(s) will be located in your order completed email after your payment has been processed. It will come as a single file &/or with a zip file.

How many times can I download my ebook(s)? 
You can download your product(s) up to three times. If you’ve reached your limit and still don’t have your files, send me an email with your order invoice and I’ll resend the files.

What devices support your ebooks? 
PDF’s are compatible with most devices, but there are a few that don’t read PDF’s well. Kindle Fire is an example of a device that is hit or miss with reading PDF’s.  Check to see if your device reads PDF’s or supports Adobe Acrobat

How do I view my ebook?
Since all of my ebooks are in PDF format, for best viewing (to make sure formatting & images and clean & crisp), view with a free Adobe Acrobat reader. If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat on your device or computer, you can download it for free, here.

I’m having trouble opening the files!
If you are trying to download at work or somewhere else with a high firewall, you may run into trouble. Try downloading on your own home computer or device. If you are still having issues, feel free to email me.

How can I pay for my purchase? 
You can pay a debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

How do you process credit card payments? 
Credit card payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted online credit card processor known for it’s reliability & high security.

Is your checkout process secure?
The checkout process is hosted via Mijreh’s PCI compliant supersecure servers.

I absolutely believe in all the products I’m offering–after all, I created them! I’m confident that my products will meet or exceed your expectations (ie. I want you to absolutely love your purchase!).

For ebooks:  I will be happy to give you a 100% refund if it’s 7 days of your purchase. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, shoot me an email with your invoice & let me know how I can do better.

For totes: Because I want to keep costs low for my customers & due to cost of production & shipping, I’m afraid I don’t offer returns on tote at this point.

Will my information from be checkout shared or sold?
Absolutely not. Any payment information is only used for processing your payment. All other personal information is used to process your order.

What will you do with my email address?
By providing your email address, you enable me to contact you with any information regarding or relating to your order(s) (like updated or revised ebooks or products). If you get an email from me an error, please let me know. Occasionally, I will send emails about a new bring joy product or service that is related to your purchase that I think you might be interested in knowing about. You can always unsubscribe from these emails, by clicking the “unsubsribe” button at the bottom of these emails. I hate spam as much as you do!
