a refreshing blend of fruits & vegetables that is reminiscent of old-timey lemonade
Ingredients
4 stalks celery, cut into chunks
handful of washed, mixed greens OR 3-4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 medium Fuji or Braeburn apples, cored & cut into chunks
1 medium/large lemon, juiced
2 packets stevia (OPTIONAL)
1½ c. water
1 c. ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into high-powered blender & blend on high until smooth (or one cycle on the whole juice setting in a Blendtec). Drink immediately, & with a straw for best flavor.
