I have a little surprise for ya.
As you know, I’m working (feverishly) on getting together my ebooks that I’ll be releasing in November. I have one that’s nearly finished & I would like to give it away–you know, for free. My other ebooks will actually cost money (because despite existing virtually, actually do take quite a bit of work, turns out), but this one (which was not on my original list of ebooks to do) Simple: 15 plant-based recipes to get you started, will give you a taste for what’s coming in my premium cookbooks & ebooks.
I hope to have out to ya’ll sometime this week or next. I’ll keep you posted. I have to say, it’s been a blast cooking/baking & otherwise honing my culinary energies into creating something special for you.
On to the good stuff:
♥ These images of late summer make me pine for a place & space that is not Texas
♥ This new series: romance/dates on the cheap
♥ If you make your own almond milk, you have lots of almond pulp left over, here’s one way to use it.
♥ Ashely’s thoughts on marriage (& incredible photos)
♥ Isn’t Adina’s edible garden amazing?
So jealous, especially since our edible garden this year was a flop.
♥ When I saw this, I thought, you’ve got to be kidding me–tax deductions for Celiacs?! For reals.
One of Joseph & my favorite things to do together is laugh. We have a similar sense of humor & both think that the other one is pretty hilarious. We recently have gotten into the Studio C sketches on Youtube–it’s a squeaky clean (& we think rather clever & funny) version of SNL skits. I shared this one about Whole Foods last week on facebook. If you like to laugh, & appreciate clever, clean humor, check it out. I recommend starting with: email, five day weather forecast, & the facebook friends song.

Happy Monday, dearest!
Thanks for coming to bring joy today!
